DROPOUT CHILD WHO ARE NOT COVERD BY SPECIAL TRAINING: THESE CHILDREN HAVE DISCONTINUED FORMAL EDUCATION AND ARE CURENTLY OUTSIDE STRUCTURED SUPPORT PROGRAM
We notice that some scattered OoSC are not covered by the special Training component through NRSTC/RSTC due to some un avoidable circumstance. We try to reach those children and provide support to continue their education.
